In Hebrew it is not shorter (the first option is הדגל האימזיע'י and the second is דגל האימזיע'ים); I don't understand any Amazigh (or Imazigh?) language so I wanted to know if amaziɣ is an adjective or a noun. I don't understand Hebrew either so I assumed of the 1st example you gave was shorter. Generally it's both an adjective and a noun, but in this specific case (Acnyal amaziɣ), it is used as an adjective. Another that may be worth pointing out is that "Amaziɣ" is the singular form, whist "Imaziɣn" is the plural.
